Neorion Hotel - Special Class Istanbul

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, with all the historic sites just a short walk away. The tram station is also nearby, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The breakfast is delicious and there are even complimentary snacks throughout the day. The hotel also has great facilities, like a rooftop terrace with a stunning view.

The only downside is that the WiFi can be a bit spotty at times.

We had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel during our recent trip. It is situated in an ideal area for visiting the city, with easy access to the greatest attractions and in the center of Sultanahmed. The location was perfect and it was easy to get around from here. The service was exceptionally excellent, exemplifying the meaning of customer service. The staff at the reception desk were all so welcoming and helpful, and their hospitality was really appreciated.

This hotel had everything we wanted for a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, close to all the main historical attractions of the city, making it easy for us to explore. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance or a short tram ride away. One of the best aspects was the rooftop terrace with its panoramic views. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy complimentary drinks during the sunset hour.

The only downside was that the terrace and spa area were not well lit at night. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the terrace and some areas, like the swimming pool, were too dark.

During our stay at Neorion Hotel - Special Class, we were impressed by the exceptional level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The hotel's interior was simply beautiful, with a unique and captivating design that made us feel like we were in a small museum.

The staff provides individualized attention and goes the extra mile with down to earth charm. The room is splendid with beautiful art and a Juliet balcony. The bathroom and spa/massage facilities are fabulous. The location is convenient for major tourist attractions but not on the main road. The hotel offers complimentary amenities such as a reviving glass of wine upon return from sightseeing, a comprehensive breakfast with different dishes, and a free snack lunch. The minibar includes complimentary drinks and there is unlimited use of the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and hamam. The Sultan massage in the hamam is to die for. The hotel even offers free airport pickup and arranged a free return taxi trip unexpectedly. The staff is kind, thoughtful, and willing to assist with checking online details and flights. The bed comfort is wonderful with an extra pillows menu. The hotel also provides a farewell present.
